Terms of Service

Your use of Castle, an entertainment streaming service for Android 6.0 or higher with free streaming, downloads and HD quality features, is subject to these Terms of Service ("TOS"). By downloading, installing or using Castle, you agree to these Terms and all relevant Indian laws. Do not continue to use Castle if you do not accept all of the terms outlined herein.

1. Grant of Limited License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Castle for your personal, non-commercial use only. This includes access to all core features, downloading shows for offline viewing, and streaming content with no recurring monthly fees. Commercial usage is strictly prohibited, including but not limited to public screenings, charging others for access to the service, or any other commercial exploitation of the content available on Castle.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Castle in any of the following ways. Any violation of these provisions will result in the immediate forfeiture of all your rights to access the service and its content, with no refund applicable:

Reverse engineering, hacking, or otherwise tampering with the app’s code or security features;

Copying, pirating, or distributing copyrighted content without the express permission of the respective copyright holder;

Submitting, uploading, or sharing any unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or damaging content through the service;

Using unauthorized modified versions of Castle (including forked versions such as “Pirate Bay Play”) to access the platform;

Violating any Indian streaming laws or legislation related to digital content ownership and intellectual property.

3. Copyright & Content Ownership

All movies, series, sports broadcasts, and other programmes available on Castle are the exclusive property of their respective rights holders. Castle merely grants you limited access to such content—no ownership rights are conferred to you in any of the content, the app, or any related materials. Downloaded content may only be used for offline viewing within the Castle app, cannot be transferred or moved to other devices, and is prohibited from being shared, reproduced, or distributed in any form. We take no responsibility for the content on any third-party websites we link to; you use such links at your own discretion and risk.

4. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Castle is provided "as is", with no warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We cannot and do not guarantee that the service will function on your specific device, play content without interruptions, or be entirely error free; nor do we guarantee that all functionalities will work on all devices running Android 6.0+. We reserve the right to modify, change, or discontinue (temporarily or permanently) any aspect of the Service at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice.

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages or issues caused by your use of the app (including but not limited to buffering, content unavailability, or device malfunctions). By using Castle, you accept all risks associated with the service’s use.

5. Termination of Access

We may suspend or terminate your access to Castle immediately if you fail to comply with these Terms or any applicable Indian laws. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of Castle and delete all downloaded content from your devices. Provisions related to copyright, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive any termination of your access to the service.

6. General Provisions

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Indian law, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of Castle. We may update these Terms periodically; all such updates will be published with a revised effective date. Your continued use of Castle following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
